Book Your Session


  • Full payment is required to secure your slot. Due to high demand, payment is due within 3 hours after request, otherwise the slot will be made available to the next person. Contract / parental consent must be signed within 48hrs of session request. No exceptions!
  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Max 6 people per slot and they all must be immediate family. To add more family members you must book two slots.
  • Absolutely NO cell phone photos or videos allowed during your session.
  • Photographer is not responsible if your child does not cooperate.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your session time to park and find the photographer so everyone is ready when the session is scheduled to start. If you are late, it will cut into your shooting time – no exceptions!
  • Bring any treats (non-messy foods) that will make your child happy.
  • IMPORTANT: Family sessions are not meant to be used as a milestone. Therefore, do not bring props intended to mark your child’s birthday, maternity or wedding.
  • Get All Add-on Option is valid only at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later time. No Reveal & Ordering Appointment is required as all the edited images will be submitted to client via a digital download. Print orders (enlargements and wall arts) may be placed via email directly through the photographer.
  • Approximately 2-4 weeks following the date of the session, the Client will be scheduled to come into the studio for the reveal and ordering appointment. At this time, the client will select the images included in the package and any other desired additional digital images, prints or wall art. The client will be ordering and paying for prints and products at the end of the reveal and ordering appointment; therefore, anyone interested in making any decisions will need to attend the Reveal & Ordering session. Orderings cannot be made at a later time or at a second appointment. Appointments are 1 hour long and held from Monday – Friday in the morning or at lunch time and occasionally on weekends in the morning.  All payments made for additional images and products at the Reveal and Ordering appointment are final and non-refundable.
